Do the crystals come off?
The crystals are applied using a superior application technique and they should not come off easily, but as the crystals are like a piece of jewellery, it is possible some may dislodge with day to day use. I always provide spare crystals, glue and tweezers with the heavier designs just incase this happens. When treated with great care you will experience no crystal loss at all.

Do I have to send my phone or case to the company to have the design done?
You don't have to send in your phone or case for the customisation. The phone case is included in the costs online. My designs are made on high quality cases that will fit your phone model.


If I ordered the wrong phone case or design can I exchange?
Usually work is started working on your case within 12 hours of your order confirmation. So after this time we cannot change the order, but please get in touch as soon as possible and let me know.


How can I customise my phone case design? How much will it cost?
If you pick out a style that is similar to what you like, then you can add your request to change any crystals/decoration or even colour theme of the original design. If there are major changes in design please contact me first to make sure that the costs are correct.


How can I add my special request to my order? 
You can write your request on the product page in the "Special Requests" before you add the item to your cart or in the Order Notes box during checkout, or you may email me with your order number and requests to sales@crystal-iced.com as soon as you have placed order.


How can I get a case for a my phone model because I don't see it on Crystal Iced website.
You may request for a specific phone model by sending an email to: sales@crystal-iced.com.

What is your returns policy?
As most of our designs are custom made for your phone model or name/initials, it is not possible to offer a refund on return, as the item cannot be resold. Full returns policy can be found here. We would advise that you double check you are ordering the correct item before placing an order.

Do you ship to other countries apart from UK?
I ship internationally at a flat rate cost no matter how many cases or products you order (to pass on the savings to you!). Use the shipping calculator at checkout to workout the costs as it varies for every country.
